Mural Commitment & Deposit Agreement

This agreement confirms the client’s commitment to a custom mural by Josh Phares incorporating the attached “JAX BEACH” reference image. The agreed total project price is $5,000. The $150 design fee already paid will be credited toward the final invoice.

A 50% deposit of $2,500 is required to reserve a tentative start date of November 30, 2026, with flexibility to adjust the start date by mutual agreement. The mural is estimated to take five business days to complete, subject to weather, site conditions, and any agreed changes. After applying the deposit and the previously paid design fee, the remaining $2,350 will be due upon completion.

The deposit is nonrefundable and secures time on the artist’s calendar. If the client needs to reschedule or requests changes to the imagery, the client and artist will work together to agree on suitable adjustments. Any changes affecting the price, scope, or completion schedule must be approved by both parties in writing before proceeding.

By paying this invoice for the $2,500 deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
