This invoice is for a 50% deposit for a custom Mural at The Breakers condominium. We will be doing a fade to white from the edges of the concrete walls being the color of the building. Then fading Into white in the middle wall.

From there we will add “The Breakers” To the middle wall as well as the phone number.

We will also be adding the palm tree images attached.

This project will start on Friday, October 24 and is projected to be completed on October 29th.

This 50% deposit will go to the remaining balance after the project is completed. Deposits are nonrefundable.
